The price is including: the villa, staff and utility costs. There is a local tourist tax of 20.000 rph. per person per stay (around 1,50 Euro) and a copy of your passport will be required. Anik from the help desk will arrange the tax and copy of your passport; unfortunately we can't arrange this tax up-front, as this is a tax on a personal basis. There will be staff at the premises day and night (housekeeper, gardener and security) and there is also a helpdesk you can call. The villa comes with bed linnen and towels, which will be changed on a regular basis. The villa is completely furnished, there are books for young and old, boardgames, television and a dvd/cd home cinema set with an integrated radio.

You can book online using the online booking form or by email. A downpayment of 30% of the total rental amount is required within 14 days after confirmation. The remainder plus a deposit of 150 euro has to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival. If the time between booking and arrival is less than 6 weeks, the total rental amount plus the deposit needs to be paid directly after confirmation. We will return the deposit within 14 days after departure. In case of any missing items or damage the costs will be deducted from the deposit.

Downpayments are not refundable . We advice you to get travel insurance that covers cancellation.

In the villa you will find an information pack. This contains important phone numbers (e.g. Helpdesk, GP), maps of the environment, excursion brochures etc. It will also contain the villa menu and a useful little dictionary.

The inventory will be checked by our staff on arrival and departure. To avoid any misunderstandings, we ask you to also check the inventory yourself. In case of any missing items or damage the costs will be deducted from the deposit.
